  2. I'm making poor choices and I've gained 20lbs from my lowest. I cannot make it to support groups and really need a buddy. It would be ideal if one is in the Atlanta area.

I'm scheduled for the Essure this morning at 11:00. However, I've read some real horror stories about this procedure. Aspiring Evangelist (or anyone), can you tell me if it has caused you any issues and/or if it's impacted your weight loss efforts? I'm 9 weeks out and losing at a slow/moderate rate. Thanks
  4. Thank you so much. I will definitely explore those blogs you recommended. I do have another question. You mentioned My Fitness Pal. Just today I deleted the app from my phone because I'm not sure how to use it now that I'm post op? How does that forum help aside of recipes? Thanks.

  6. I'm 4 weeks post op (surgery date 03/18/2013). Dr. Miguel del Mazo is my surgeon and he is awesome. HW 411, Pre Op 334, 4 weeks 304. I hope I charted correctly. Anywho, I am doing well for the most part. Trying to maintain 64 oz of water daily has been a challenge along with hunger!!! Starting today I'm more committed about preparing my mini meals ahead f time. If anyone can offer any meal planning suggestions that would be great. I'm open to almost anything other than cottage cheese. (I cannot stomach cottage cheese.) Thank you.
