  3. I noticed I feel this way when I over eat or especially taking in carbs...
  4. For the most part...ive had an awesome experience. .most of my "fat guy" medical ailments gone...yahoo...and 34 waist jeans is crazy! I am getting a little TOO comfortable and falling back into old habits. I suppose that is a problem...male or female. Looking for a few guys to chat with going through the same...otherwise its like dieting w my wife...I can ( or should say I used to) be able to eat twice as much food and lose weight four times as fast! Haha.
  5. THANKS....I feel better compared to being 300 + lbs! Insides...depends on the day..the bad days are usually self induced discomfort eating wrong stuff!

  7. I had all sorts of pains from stabbing to dull after surgery especially the first few months...im now 1 1/2 yrs out....it gets better!!
