How funny. I literally just today had to have an ultrasound to rule out blood clots. What did the cause of yours end up being. I'm going for my 2 week post op and we are going to figure something out. I just can't sleep.
4-10-13 was my surgery date. I am almost a week out. I feel fantastic, like I didn't even have surgery. Problem is now I am battling RLS. Never had an issue before. Its terrible to the point I can't sleep. Anybody else battling with thus?
Hey! Just an FYI. I am a surgical nurse in the Charlotte area. I work with just about all the bariatric surgeons. I am also a patient of Dr. Lowe's and having bypass April 10th by him but Vollenger is very good also. Take it from me I have seen all of them in action and you two have made excellent choices.
No. I start my pre-op liquid diet on March 27th. My surgery day is April 10th. Just trying to make sure I understand everything before I start the process.
My physician told me to get a chewable multivitamin, vitamin D with calcium, and a vitamin B-12. Do the other vitamins ( D, calcium, and B-12) need to be chewable. Also what about the other medications I take, do the need to be crushed? Or can I just swallow them, they aren't that big.
