  1. I'm in the same boat, don't lose anything for several days up to a week, but I start again. I was really upset when it first started, but I talked to a friend who had her surgery almost a year ago and shes had the same issue and still does. I've decided to stop thinking negatively about it. Think of how great you feel already with what you have lost and what things are just a little easier to do now. I've got less knee pain, walking up stairs less winded, sleeping better at night, and way more energy. Keep up the great work!
