  1. Dittos for taste changes, I even think Diet Coke and Pepsi smells like lighter fluid now! Smell AND taste changed for me. Can't digest even a little chicken breast or soft pot roast...nausea follows. I guess everyone is different.
  2. Jannyb35 -- yes, I am having a bit of trouble with milk too, read somewhere that a good percentage of people become lactose intolerant after RNY, so I switched to either water, lactose free milk, unsweetened almond/soy milk or sugar free juices from health food store. Doing a bit better on those mixed with the chocolate.
  3. There is a one-visit ULTHERAPY (ultrasound) facial tightener treatment, you go once and heal over 120 days to a new tighter you without surgery. Have an appointment to go tomorrow for a consult, same as you have loose skin on neck and wrinkles developing around mouth. Results look good in comparison pics.
  4. Speaking of ice, if you live near a SONIC drive in, go buy the 10# bag of their ice -- pelletized -- they sell it like any other store in bags. Keep it for blending, it is way easier than cubed.
