    hi guys i am new to this board to get information for my friend who lives in California but had a consult with a dr. carlos gonzalea di cosia in tiujuana Mexico. but we both haven't been able to get any information on him or found anyone who has had surgery with him he actually has a practice in mexicali i believe and come to tiujuana a couple times a month at the COSMED Center. please if anyone know or heard about this doctor please email me some info at rub0921@excite.com thank you... i already had the lapband in New Jersey i am from New York and is very very happy with my results my girlfriend is going to be self pay with this doc because she her insurance wont cover this procedure... thanks again guys.. rubina
