OK, I just had my 20yr high school reunion (man I'm getting old). Here are a couple of pics from that. The first one is of me and my twin sister. I'm on the left (and yes this is the first that I've ever been smaller than her)

Hey y'all!!!! I have got to start logging on here more often to catch up with everyone. Suzzie, I understand where you are at. I probably could use a tiny (extra tiny) unfil to allow me to eat more real food. Some days I eat VERY little, but soup is great and we won't talk about how much ice cream I can eat. And yes, even stuffed, I can eat a cookie :biggrin: I spent about 2 months eating all the crap I wanted to test out my band and to see if I would gain weight. The answer was no and I still lost a tiny bit during that long binge eating session. I refuse to get an unfil - I don't think I could cope with the weight coming back on! I am wearing a size 4 now and DH has told me to STOP losing weight :biggrin: I still see fat!!!!!!! I'll have to see if I have any updated pics I can post. I miss chatting with everyone and y'all look great!! Insub - still jealous of your world trip but it looks like sooooo much fun. wow - where have we all gone to? I'm sad that I haven't been able to get online in forever. HUGS to Suzzzie, BigBaby, Insub, 02bthin (fabulous pic!!) and TexasFire and all the rest of the JUNIES!!!! I totally suck at exercising due the stinkin heat here in Texas. I still have mental games on thinking I'm fat. Am I actually thin, or do people just think that because I was fat so it's realative? Who knows :biggrin: My mom is getting scheduled for an October surgery. She is so excited. I passed on my lap-band book which I'm sure she's reading it for the 3rd time by now like I did. HUGS suzzieee!!! Forgive yourself and make a better choice next time Tomorrow is a brand new day!!!!! I understand the crap eating too. It's oh so easy to get down. I think it satisfies the need to chew since we can eat more of that stuff. I chew gum a little - I'm scared I'll swallow it and cause big problems! Maybe I should go back to chewing on pen caps - yummmm; I can't bite my nails any more or I'll chip my tooth again (done it twice now)

HUGS FaithMD. I am so sorry for your loss - you and your family are in my prayers. It is so great to see people posting. I know it's just a really busy time of year. I still haven't taken my 1 year pic either. I've been too busy painting rooms in my house, my friends house, hanging stuff, decorating stuff, etc etc. I figure I've been here 2 years it's time to get some stuff done!!! Besides, I have WAAAAYYY more energy than I did this time last year :thumbup: Oh - and eating crap as well - why oh why does it have to go down so easily??!!?

yesterday was my 1 year bandiversary :Angel_anim: I didn't hit my goal but I'm close and I am completely ok with that!! I will get pics taken in the next day or so. Life seems to have gotten crazy right now - work is doing layoffs, kids are in different directions and hard to keep up with, and it's time to kick off another busy season at work!!!! Anyway - it's been quiet around here so I assume everyone is out enjoying the sunshine and our new smaller bodies!!! WOOHOOOO!!! HUGS to all :smile2: Gen

So.... do they come back again if you quit using the lotion? Or is this a forever kind of thing? I'm really bad about being consistent on stuff like that. You know - where some of the cellulite creams only work while you use them so the results you get go away when you stop :grouphug:

WTG suzzziee!!!!! How fun is that?!?!! I bought tickets to Six Flaggs last year and I couldn't fit on some of the rides. They were soooooo tight trying to squeeze in, and then I would be sitting next to my so so I'm worried about it not being tight enough for him since my big ole bootie is in there. UGH!! Such a different story this year!!!! Now I wish I could get some of them a little tighter (I'm sliding around too much!!!) Where did the Junies go? It's been reallly quiet around here! I know it's Summer and play time, and trip time, so on and so on. I haven't been on here in almost 3 days myself. I HOPE HOPE HOPE and PRAY that Stef is ok!!!!! Gen

thanks scuba!! I live by my cadence :tt2: I'm an old band geek that loved marching. :biggrin: So, I time my breathing with 4 steps in and 2 steps to blow out. If I can't breath in that pattern then I start looking like a complete retard trying to get my feet back in alignment with my breathing. :smile:

Kimmie - sorry about your insurance!! My company excludes it as well. The insurance provider would have covered it if my company hadn't had it removed - grrrrr. So, I got a loan and self-paid. I have looked at my profile a bit but I know there is so much more on here than I know about or how to work. Thanks for the info! wombat
