Kansas born and raised, 14 year interracial marriage to my best friend, we have 4 beautiful children 2 boys and 2 girls. I have been overweight since age 15 and have tried many different diets including the phen phen diet, meridia, phentermine, topamax, li da, slim fast, weight watchers... you name it I have tried it!! I lost 80 pounds on Phentermine back in 2007 in 2009 I tore my ACL, PCl and MCL and dislocated my patella jumping on a trampoline. (Talk about embarrasing!!) well unfortunately I gained all my weight plus a little extra back since. I am currently heavier then I have ever been pushing 250 pounds, last year I was diagnosed with fatty liver disease, and metobolic disorder. I am Insulin resistant, have high triglisoriders and high cholestorol. I have arthritis in my knee and I have cervical spinal stenosis. My goal is to get healthy and learn better eating habbits and live a healthier longer life!
