  1. My name is Megan im 25and I had gastric bypass surgery in August and have lost 83 lbs since my surgery. I went out last night for the first time Last night since my surgery to celebrate New Years. I drank skinny girl vodka with diet sugar free cranberry juice all night...got pretty intoxicated. We ended up at a random pizza stand and I ate a slice of cheese pizza. The pizza itself was New York style, thin crust, some cheese and sauce, wasnt that greasy and doughy like at Pizza Hut or places like it. I ate most of the slice except for the crust and this morning I'm freaking out that I messed up. I'm terrified of set backs.
