  1. I only have about 15 to 20 pounds left to reach my goal. I guess I would be happy with where I am but sure do want to get to my goal before the end of the year. I have to admit that I do not exercise like I should, work in an office so spend most of my day sitting at desk. Maybe that is the answer, just get up and move.
  2. Hi, everyone. I had my Lap Band on January 30, 2007 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tn. I guess I was a Light-Weight as I started out at 215 pounds but had struggled with weight all my life along with high blood pressure & high cholestrol, strokes also ran in my family along with diabetes. I have only lost 40 pounds and weight loss has slowed down almost to nothing in the last month. Are there any others out there whose weight loss has almost stopped after 5 1/2 months? melbasue:help:
