    Umm it's been my experience that pharmacist and prescribing doctors know plenty about normal absorption but not about our pouches and RNY small intestine malabsorption.

    I am having problems with absorbing adderall IR since my surgery. I've tried taking with glass of water. Tried crushing it. Tried dissolving the crushed pill in water and drinking. Mixed in pudding. Taken on a full pouch and empty and I always avoid vitamin c when taking it. Adderall bioavailability and absorption only seems to work just every now and then at best. 20mg twice a day. Thanks in advance for your help.
