  1. I found a powder that I really like. It's called Bio-test T Nation low carb. Tried the banana today and loved it. You can order off line I was told by one the doctors I work for. She buys online as well.
  2. I can't wait til I can slide into a booth and not worry about fitting!! Congrats on this NSV!!!
  3. I tried Isopure and it was awful. The smell was bad as well. Tried nectar too and same thing, was bad. I am stuck with chocolate whey isolate powder. The only thing I can stomach so far.
  4. Lows scare me for sure! I have been in the 30's before and hate it! Feel so bad. My endo said it would be easier to regulate and treat lows with the sleeve. I just know this is a one chance thing and I want to pick the best choice.

  6. Thank you Tracym,I am a very well controlled diabetic. My A1C was 6.2 a month ago and has not been over 7.6 in 8 years. I am on a pump and have been for 8 years now. I am concerned about lows and treating them. I normally treat with fruit juices like orange juice or even hard candy. That's goin to cause dumping right?
  7. Hello everyone! I am just about 6 weeks away from surgery and having a hard time deciding between VGS and RNY. I am looking for other type1 diabetics that have had this surgery. Need some insight please!
