<p>I understand your concerns. I had a BMI of 35 with no co-morbidities. I couldn't find but one doctor willing to even look at me. I did a BUNCH of research, and decided on going to Dr. Rumbaut in Mexico. He's a leader in the industry. VERY good at what he does. He took me and my wife with no problems, of course we had to self-pay. I would recommend a quick trip to Mexico if you are really interested.</p>

I would HIGHLY reccomend spending the night in the hospital. My wife and I both had it done at the same time, and she ended up getting sick a couple times. When you are recooperating, you do NOT want to have 1) puke, or worse, 2) clean it up. Plus, the IV drugs really help a lot better for pain. Just let someone take care of you...
