  1. Its a sandwich shop. We have them all over in south carolina. They sell deli sandwiches.

  3. I ate a unwich from jimmy johns. Got the bootlegger. Only 191 cals. Could only eat half of it. Its so neat. The meat and cheese is wrapped in lettuce. No bread or tortillia. Awesome
  4. Has. Anyone received their packages yet. If so, what did you think?
  5. It may help with stomach pains but if you don't get the calories and protein you need you will be very fatigued.
  6. You have to realize your probably not drinking as much as you did pre-surgery. Less in - Less out.
  7. I had roasted chicken and sauteed spinach. Only ate a slice of the breast and quarter cup of spinach. Not to hungry today
  8. I do. No problems. I'm about 11 weeks out.
  9. The scale has not moved for me this week. I'm not liking this.
  10. Was the gumbo soup spicy. I've been wanting to try it.
  11. Grilled chicken leg and half side of green beans from kfc....no cooking tonight.
