  1. I'm 5'9" too and just under 300. Maybe that'll be me next year! What's the hardest part for you?
  2. Its overwhelming sometimes. I'm supposed to lose 30lbs before January. I'm struggling staying on track to 1200cal/day. I'm too hungry, so I still end up eating more even though its from my pre-op food list. I'm keeping up with all my appts, physical therapy (I had back surgery 2yrs ago) and trying to be active. Anyone else not make their goal? I'm afraid ill get booted if I don't make goal . Ugh.
