  1. I was supposed to lose 37 lbs... I wasn't trying at all and gained a little so with as much as I needed to lose they wanted me to be pretty drastic
  2. Gnc total lean shakes... 4 a day and 64oz of water
  3. I think drinking water made a huge difference it was hard and I peed 1,000 times but I drank 65oz of water yest and this morning the scale was down 3.6lbs.... Thank god and I really hope this keeps up...

  5. Losing... Not listing... Supposed to drink 64 oz of water a day haven't hit that at least 40 tho
  6. Did anybody stall on their liquid diet?... I've been super strict haven't swayed once... Haven't had a morsel of food since nov 15... I was losing weight like gangbusters then weds I only lost 0.1 thurs I lost 1.1 and then this morning I was exactly the same as yest... Very frustrating I was listing 2.5-3lbs a day... I could drink more water but did anybody else experience this I'm really struggling here
  7. My preop diet is 4 gnc lean shakes... I'm not messing with powder I just got the ready made shakes... And 64oz of water... I can't say I'm not hungry it's a struggle but I've been on it 8 days and already lost 20lbs makes it a lil easier

  9. If it was in the brochure most of us would've run out of the office screaming I started drinking the gnc lean shakes this past sat as 2 meals a day and eating a sensible dinner... I'm down 12 lbs... However I have 35 more to go before dec 10 saw the dietician yest she said why mess with what's working so she upped me to 4 a day and nothing else but water... I can do this... They keep me super full for about 4 hours so I will drink one every 4 hours... I can this I'm not stopping at 35 I plan to lose 50 before surgery today is the first day of the rest of my life my journey truly begins today

  11. I'm gonna go to gnc tomorrow night and get some protein I wanna replace a meal or 2 with shakes now so if they put me on the liquid diet it won't be a huge shock to my system... Any recommendations as to which protein I should get?
  12. Sorry my name is Larry... I just turned 30 in oct I currently weigh 371 lbs and have severe sleep apnea... I have a beautiful 2.5 yr old daughter named Anna she is my world and I'm having surgery so I can be around to walk her down the aisle someday

I'm sure what I'm going through is normal I'm just so worried ill never be the same I'm worried about being constantly nauseas and throwing up all the time luckily I have a super supportive wife and a close friend who had her surgery exactly one year before I am and she's my motivation and support I'm just scared and need to talk
  14. Hi everyone... I have to confess I've been reading the forum for months but haven't joined... I have a surgery date of 12-10-12 and I'm scared very very scared I'm scared I won't lose enough pre op weight (supposed to lose 37 lbs and so far have gained 3)... Will they cancel my surgery? I have a preop class and appt this thurs the 15th and I'm worried they will postpone me has anyone ever had that happen?
