Does Protein make anyone else nauseated. I can't eat but two bites of chicken before I want to barf. Beef is ok as well as eggs. The only Protein shake that I can stomach is the pure protein cans. But at 4 bucks a can that is expensive.
Is this normal and will it go away.
DOS: 10/3/12
Still at 365. Been two weeks since any weight loss. Starting to get concerned. My two month post op follow up is on Wed so maybe they can shed some light on what is going on. But still down from 560 so that is good.
Okay body is turning against me this week.
Last week I was 358 today I am 365????
Weird
Surgery date was October 3rd. Still feeling great just having a high week.
My weigh in tonight
Starting weight: 560 ( my highest weight)
Surgery day weight 10/3/12: 426
Today's weight: 358
Total loss in a little over a year of hard work and labor: 202 pounds.
I drink a pure protein shake, bananna and chocolate are great, then have an isopure drink later that day. Those two together make up 75 g of protein. Then whatever protein I eat I hit 100 without a problem. Yes they are expensive, but I get them by the case twice a month. I paid more for fast food per month pre surgery.
I know I am a few days late but will put my Friday number in as that is the last time I weighted myself.
