  2. I am 18 months post op and am always hungry. No dumping but get exhausted after eating to much sugar. I am starting to gain some inches but my weight has stayed the same. I don't do to much exercise and I know this is half the problem. I too am looking for advice solutions, and would appreciate your feedback. Thanks Helen.

  9. Hello everyone! My name is Helen. I had the RNY on 8/2/11, my start weight was 226, current weight 150. I haven't lost any weight for 6 months now. I found that I do not get the dumping syndrome, and I hate that I know that. My exercise level is light to moderate.. I am new to fitness pal and would like to get friends there. I heard about a Friday weigh too, but where is that located? All support would be greatly apprecreciated. Thanks
