I used to love cold left overs!! But since surgery I've not had the best of luck keeping leftovers down. However last week I made a pot of Turkey Chili and boy it was good. My wife and I then took the leftover chili and made a Tamale Pie. So far so good!!! Anyone else having problems with leftovers?

Down 131-lbs. feeling better every day!

I was just in our local Goodwill and discovered they have a big and tall section for men. It's kinda nice to pick up some 2x and 3x's at a reduced price since the weight is falling off so quick. I just bought 5 shirts for less than a new shirt at Casual Male.

How can I eat something for supper last night that totally agreed with my pouch, but then today at lunch I have some left overs and spend the afternoon hurling my guts out!!!

Rem, I was right there with you. I'm 7 weeks post op and not craving the coffee like I feared. I've had 4 or 5 cups of decaf but its not the same. With that said you'll be fine.

Walk, but not enough!! I've also been cutting firewood and cleaning out fence rows.

I have to admit I've been a little grumpy and grouchy since my surgery.

Well I'm 12 day post op today. I've lost 21lbs since surgery, and a total to 53lbs since 10/14/12, and I'm happy as can be. My cloths are getting baggy and loose a good thing I think! But one staunch realization I had today was that my butt fits my riding mower better today than it did all summer.

Has anyone tried this? It's pretty good. No bad aftertaste. The strawberry is out of this world.

When Did You First Weigh Yourself Postop?

Well I had surgery last Thursday, got out of the hospital on Saturday. I went to my family Dr on Wednesday and he weighed me. Have to admit I was a little courious myself. It was all good!!!! -
RNY on 10/25. A lot of thoughts going thru my head this week. Excitement and fear. Looking forward to a new life, but a little overwhelmed about the Vitamins and Protein shakes what to take with what, and when. It'll all work out.

5 days post op and cloths already are feeling loose. What a great feeling!!!

Big Starbucks-A-Holic myself. Not a fufu drinker just brewed with sweet n low. Been weaning myself to decaf. Oh yeah and enjoying my last few chocolate covered coffee beans. -
