  1. Thanks to all. I know we are all different (as I keep being told !!!) but its nice to know what success others have had. Keep on losing. x
  2. I am 5'10 I am at 286 now And i would like to be 200 So obviously 86 ish gives me where I would like to be Then the next obvious question is when I get to my weight goal. Can the restriction be removed or deflated or something ?? Wouldn't want to waste away to just skin, bones and sperm
  3. The BMI only says what I should be. Not really what I asked but thanx anyway. Would be nice to know what others lost in their first couple of months, or so.
  4. Why would flying be a problem ?
  5. Generic answers indeed :-) I know that people!!!. Was going for some actual numbers from everyone. Should have been more specific and not expected people to get what I meant My bad.
  6. Hi All, Surgery soon. 88 lbs to lose. Been trying to find an idea of how much initial weight I can expect to lose, so that I have something to aim for, but the numbers I read are vastly different ?? Ideas pleaseplease. Or is there a rough formula that i can use that might help. Anyways thanks in advance

  8. I am due my surgery very soon. Very excited about it. One thing I don't want to do though is expect to lose more than is humanly possible. I can get very down if it isn't coming off as quick as is possible. But when I read about others initial weight losses it seems there are quite a lot of differences. Is there any sort of formula so that I can get a rough idea about losses. I weigh 130kg, and would love to be down at 90kg. That's around 40kg (88 lbs). Ideas please. And thanks in advance. :-) Obviously if, sorry when, I get to my ideal weight, how easy is it to kinda 'turn it off'
  9. Hopefully in 5 weeks my gastric bypass will have been performed and working fine. Want to lose 35 kg.
