  2. This is so exciting! Remember to embrace every little success that you have! Celebrate them! I can tell you, I am so dang excited to start having them myself!
  3. I wish you well. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
  4. My husband works for the state of Nevada. Our provider is hometown health.
  5. I had surgery on the 20th. I have been very fortunate, no vomiting at all for me. (Knock on wood). The one thing I really made sure to do was take things slow. Yes, you want your proteins, but they will do you no good if you don't hold them down. I didn't have anything but broth and water for three days. Then I slowly added a few oz of protein shakes and just did a little more each day. I am now up to 5-6 two oz meals a day. Keep up the good work. You will a get understanding of what your body us telling you in no time.
  6. It only took my insurance five days.
  7. I enjoy adding sugar free coffee flavoring syrups (like they use at Starbucks) in my protein shakes. It helps it taste more like a treat. Also, a good Greek yogurt mixed in your shakes will help build up your protein too!
  8. I felt just like you two weeks ago. I had my surgery 9 days ago. Have you heard of muscle milk? It was exactly what I needed to get me through the last little bit before surgery. I needed to lose 13.5 pounds before surgery. I ended up dropping 15 pounds. I have lost 15 more since surgery. You can do it! Just trust in your awesomeness!
