    Have my consult with my surgeon september 10th. I'll also complete all of the required appointments the same day. I'm driving 3 hours,so I figured is schedule them all the same day. I have bcbs of Illinois for insurance and I'm hoping the approval process goes smoothly! Your stories make me hopeful
