  3. Hi Purpleamy, I know what you mean about losing so slowly after working so hard. I'm one month post of today and last week was weird. I didn't lose any weight and actually gained a few tenths but then lost it this week plus a couple of pounds. The good thing about losing weight slower is that it is easier on our bodies, especially the liver. Also, if you are working out -- don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat and you are probably building up your muscles now and muscle increases your metabolism which will help burn the fat faster. Hang in there and be proud of all you have accomplished so far!
