  1. I know what you mean.....I work in a grocery store and it so much easier to pick up that bag of chip and soda for a break. I've been trying to make me lunches to bring but aslo I work the late shift so when I get out I'm starving and I over eat at 2am but no more excuses I can do this thanks to great people like you all!!! Keep the comments coming =) much love!!!
  2. Hello all, I'm new to this and just getting started. My diet is like akins diet, but I'm haveing a hard time keep bread, pasta and tortillas out of my diet! Things are moving slowly for me because moneys wise I have to save...but I hope to have my sugery by next April. If anyone has any tips, or advice please share with me Thanks to all Paula C
