  1. I don't mean to gross anyone out but I have had constant diarrhea for the past 2 weeks. I am 3 1/2 months out and have never really had this problem. Anyone else experience this?
  2. My Dr. told me that most experience hair loss between 3 and 6 months. Tuesday will make 3 months for me. I haven't noticed anything yet but I'm so scared to lose my hair. Just wondering how many people have and haven't lost it. I know that everyone is different.

    Loose Skin

    Yes I have. Before surgery all I did was cardio. So treadmill, elliptical, dance and spin (which I love) but I know I need to do more weight training now. So time to start figuring out what I'm doing! Thanks got the inspiration. The fact that you are now a trainer is awesome.
  6. I've heard that aside from walking, you should lift weights to tone and help avoid any loose skin if possible. Does anyone know anything about this? I would like examples of what type of exercises to do. I know absolutely nothing about lifting weights.

    Thank you for the advice. I know that genetics has a lot to do with it but if I can help the situation at all, I will try my hardest. I'm only 6 weeks out and would like to start now.
  8. Only 3 weeks out and have already had a stall in weight loss. Anyone else experience this? Is it common? It has me very worried.

    I may try that. At my one week appointment, my nutritionist said I wasn't at the stage where I needed to worry about protein yet. So I have never had a Protein shake. I'm thinking I'm not taking enough in though. After reviewing everyone's diets.

    I was given foods and portion guidelines but not calories. I just calculated my day and it's only 270 calories. Maybe that's my problem. Hmm...I should probably ask about that.

    So do I. The water intake is my biggest downfall. I sip all day but it can be hard to get down a whole 48 ounces. I have also read that it is possible to have a stall if you don't eat enough calories. I have my 3- wk appointment on Tuesday. Hoping I can get some answers.

    I don't have BMs everyday. I guess that could be a factor too, I'm going to try drinking more water. It can be hard to drink 48 ounces sometimes when you can only sip. I just don't know what else it could be.

    Yes, I am 33 and started at 225. I follow all the rules and go to the gym 4 times a week. Which is why I am at a loss as to why my weight loss has stopped. I lost 10 lbs the first week, 5 the second and only one last week. Have had no loss at all for about 5 days now. It's just frustrating.
