  2. You need more fiber, try metamucil. Also go back to liquids. They told me that if that happens to ho back to the last thing that you could tolerate.

  4. Thank you for your kind words, both of you. I am doing good. My surgery was 2 weeks ago today and i am doing great. I am not loving the puree diet, so i really havent done too much of it. I am physically doing great, i am pain free and tolerating all i eat. Protein shakes are still my friend, ive heard a lot of people's taste buds change, but mine havent. Phew!! I lost 12 lbs the first week and another 7 the next week. I am so happy for this new chapter in my life. How are you doing? Are you on solids yet? Where are you from? NH here.
  5. Hey everyone. I just found this app and am almost 2 weeks post op. It was the best decision i made. I am so motivated to really start exercising and getting my body where i want to be. I am also getting married in october, we are doing a destination wedding in mexico!!! Looking forward to getting to know people here.
  6. Just found this app too!! I had surgery on 7/9 and am very happy with my decision. Looking forward to meeting a lot of people in the same situation as me.
