Well well. Well the time has come for my surgery and I am here @ the hospital all checked in and inmy room just waiting. Boy am I hungry I only had sugar free popsicles and water yesterday. One of the nurses told me you are so happy this morning yes I am a new journey is about to start for me today. July 17, 2012 is here lets go

Well well everyone the time has come SURGERY IS TOMORROW!! Yay!! Super super excited. But this bowel prep meds is nasty I have drink it every 10 mins until everything is clear. I am willing to do it because my surgery day is here. Hold on her is the new me. Whoop whoop there she is!!!

No I had a IVC filter put before surgery on the 17th to catch any blood clots that may develop. I have to be at the hospital @ 5:30 on Tuesday July 17th.

Hello everyone, I had my IVC filter putting in today through my groining area. I am a little sore but other wise okay. I do have to have an ice pack on for it. I can take the dressing off tomorrow a shower but i will have to cover it back up after the area is cleaned. TUESDAY the 17th of JULY is the big day and I have big nerves too. I had nerves today but I guess they took that away. It is amazing how you wake up and you do not know anything its almost weird. I woke up just fine with no problem and I am just waiting til next week. Is there anything I need to be doing.

Yes he did but I knew before he told me. I think I am mentally prepared it just seem surreal I think. You right I know this is what I want because I want and need to be here for my kids and husband. I know I'm doing the right thing. 6 more days and the new me will be here.

I received my surgery date for Tuesday the 17 th of July. I know there is a lot I need to be doing but every since I got the day and time I have really slowed down. I think it is shock or my nerves. I need help on what I need to be doing for my big date. What do I need to expect?
