    Thank you L, Looks like I will consult with both, How long did it take you from when you decided to surgery? Also who was your doctor? I would also like to thank you for being so open and helpful, this is quite a decision, and your input is certainly helping.

    HI everyone, I am wondering if I should go to the states- (closer) or make the trip to Toronto, that would be 4 hours away. I am most worried about any complications or follow ups? Has anyone done this long disance? Thanks for any and all help.
