Question so it's 1 scoop of unjury to 8oz of milk. Does the milk need to be preheated bc mines is clumsy, help?

It's so hard to drink bc I still full from the first few..my tummy is so heavy right now from surgery,then menstrual now drinking...and who new passing gas would feel so great and peeing.

Surgery went well no complications I just want to thank God for all the prayers just to keep it real with everybody anesthesia is not a joke. I felt like a crazy person when I woke up. The pain was so severe still is a times thank God for morphine... I'm just happy that I did it and starting my new journey.

So today is the big day and I will be leaving to go to the hospital at 12:20. I am asking for prayer that my surgery goes well no complications and that I come through with flying colors. Also right now I am suffering from a migraine and feeling nauseous part of it might have to do with some nerves starting to have a little bit nervousness. I'm just pray that everything will go well. And not to mention I am hungry as hell.

U should do the rny anyways. Has been around longer worked out more kinks and better results. Also the rny is the only one I know of where people don't need to do revisions. There has been many revisions for the band and the sleeve is working its way there. Believe me insurance is only covering it bc it's the best end results for u and them.

Can't wait had my pre op appointment today so just 1 day of pre op diet tomorrow then Wednesday is my big day yah.....
