  1. Calories/carbs?

    Does anyone out there have any "recommended" amounts of Calories or Carbs from your Surgeon or Nutritionist? I am 3 weeks out from surgery and when I ask they just keep telling me protien and fluids!!! I've got that down but my OCD is kicking in to watch and count everything!

    Something small, but today I am 10 days post op and it was my niece's birthday and I was able to wear my wedding ring again! I love my ring and even in the heat I was able to put on the ring and wear it all day. My husband noticed since I haven't been able to wear it in a few months and this made him even more excited about this whole process :-)

    Hi all! I had surgery on May 30th and I am now 9 days out. So far it has been a rollercoaster but worth it! I am motivated and excited by all of the stories here... I look forward to getting to know you all here!
