  1. I Have MVP insurance, and was wondering if anyone has had experience with getting skin removal with MVP possibly paying for the insurance. I have chronic infection in my belly button and could use to get lower abdominal skin removal. I am going on 2 years post op.. Any advise in how to proceed is appreciated.
  2. I am about 1.5 years post op. Went to the doctor for a 1.5 year follow up and my blood work was done and came back with a diagnosis of anemia. All of my labs have been fine until now. My doctor recommend that I take another iron supplement (I already take 2 a day), so I am trying to come up with foods/ways to increase my iron without taking another pill. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
