  1. I am ready for a change. Water and broth is getting old. I need to call doctor tom
  2. When i was released from the hospital my doctors said follow the plan in the book for the first two weeks. Then they said a clear diet. I have been doing the clear diet but the plan in book says i can eat cream soup made with 2% milk. That is not very clear. Does any body know which is right?

  4. I am 3 days out off surgery and doing pretty well. Alittle pain but is OK. Still trying to decide which protein I should go with on my second week. Getting good ideas reading everybody's post. Found this app today and very pleased.
