I attend a support group meeting a couple of months ago. The nutritionist introduced us to STACKER 2 Protein Water. It is a 20 oz. bottle of water with 20 GRAMS of PROTEIN and 0 suger with only 80 calories per bottle. She said that it also goes towards your daily intake of water... I think it is much better than the Special K Water. We can purchase it here in Nevada at Raley's for about $1.50 each. Haven't seen it at Wal-Mart yet.

Rather exciting to see my name in the list for tomorrow...! Can't believe IT IS HERE!!! I am rather nervous today. Driving staff at work crazy!! Good for me!!! I am please to say that I have survived the liquid diet without to much challenge. I know that I will be ready for the next two weeks of more liquid...! Thank you all for your input and thoughts! Hello from Nevada! It is so wonderful reading all of your experiences... good & not so good...! I had my pre-op class yesterday and see my surgeon tomorrow. Next week on Tuesday I have my pre-op tests at the hospital. Can't believe it is only 2 more weeks...! Take care of YOU!!

Hello! I have been reading this site for the last couple of days... and now I am hooked! I am scheduled for my surgery on July 25th. Started the process in Reno just after Easter and here we are! My insurance is being MUCH kinder than many of yours. I have an outpatient co-pay of $200 and so far nothing to the surgeon. Hmm...! Thank you all for being so candid and honest in your postings! I am really excited about this BIG change coming in my life. As I say all the time... IT IS ALL ABOUT ME!!! Lori
