  1. I think that's why I'm frustrated, my insurance doesn't require me to do a documented diet. It's just the dr wanting me to be below a certain bmi before they will do the surgery. Oh well...
  2. Yeah, that is strict! I am 444 lbs, so they want my bmi below 65 they said. I have no problem with that... Just wish I could do the other things in conjunction with losing weight! Cause I am going to do it!
  3. So today I had my first meeting with the surgeons office, other than the initial class everyone took together. I really thought I would go in, get dates for the other appointments and get the show on the road! But no... Apparently I'm too fat. They are making me lose 44lbs before I even get to start doing pre op stuff. So, it's going to waste another 3 or so months! Lose weight... Fine, but let me do it all together so I feel like I'm getting somewhere! So frustrating. And I'm scared, this is my last resort, what If I can't lose it?! Ugh. My meal plan is basically, 1 egg breakfast, 4 oz protien for dinner and lunch with 1/2 cup veg each meal. 64 oz water and 3 protien supplements a day, that I have to buy there. Anyway- gripe session over! Gotta go get more water!
