  1. Btw, I was close to 500 lbs per surgery.
  2. I had surgery about 7 years ago. I am 42 two now.
  3. It's an app I downloaded on my phone. Myfitnesspal. Great app to keep trackof intake.
  4. I had open surgery. Surgery was Tuesday and I was home on Thursday. Went back to work two weeks later. I couldn't drive myself but it was nice getting chauffeured. The only discomfort with the open was the staples along the incision. My scar has also healed well.
  5. Just started myfitnesspal to track food. I am one of the lucky or unlucky depending on your perspective that can eat ANYTHING. No problems with dumping. I am a grazer. So keeping track of my food is important for me.
  6. Is the liquid diet pre op a new thing? I didn't have to do that pre surgery but that was a few years ago.
  7. I am looking for a place to find some encouragement. Seven years out from surgery, lost 250lbs. I have gained 60# in last two years. Gotta get back with the program.
  8. Seven years out from surgery, lost 250lbs. I have gained 60lbs in the last two years. Primarily a because I stopped exercising and increased snacking. I don't eat a lot. Just the wrong things. I am not getting discouraged because I know what I need to do. Taking a deep breath and getting back on my program. Let's be each others motivation.
