  2. I had gastric bypass in Feb 2009 so it's been a while. I still can't get this new lifestyle thing perfect. I get sick a lot for eating the wrong things and eating too fast. I want to start measuring my food, but need to know what is my start up amount? Do I measure everything or do I weight everything? How much should I be eating this far out?
  3. Yes, correct...I haven't and that is why my vitamin and mineral levels are low, but I am changing that now. :-)
  4. I am 4 years out and I didn't take any for the last 3 years. Last summer I had an Iron Infusion because my Iron level was super low. I was also showed low levels of Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. I recently bought the vita fusion gummies and love them. However, they don't say complete. When In am done with this bottle I will switch to One Day for Women gummies...those are better... I think. :-)
