  2. I am in the same boat. No dumping....ever. Never thoughts would wish I would dump, but I do! Only rarely is I eat too much sugar do I feel slightly sick. I have tried several online trackers. Really they all work....assuming you use them as intended. What I need is to get my head back in the game.
