  3. Hello. I am new and almost three weeks post op. I am finding it very difficult to get all my protein. I am not liking protein shakes at all. I find some days I just don't care to eat and other days I think I am feeling hungry. With all that said, I am trying to get in all the stuff I am supposed to in a day. Trying to get everything in leaves me stressed out. I have lost 27 pounds since leaving the hospital. How do you handle getting everything in your supposed to? Do you find it as overwhelming as I do? How do you handle it?
