  1. I've been using myfitnesspal as well. I also love the scanner it makes tracking fast and easy. I wish they would add a category to track vitamins. For now I just scan it under breakfast and it shows the nutrition values. I've been reviewing my dietary guidelines from my surgeon and I've been doing good this week. This week I list 6 pounds.
  2. Thank you for rooting for me! I just gotta take one day at a time. I'm currently eating soft foods..... back at stage 2.

  4. I know I was afraid of becoming a "statistic" stress from work and family played apart of me gaining weight throughout the year. I realized that I gained weight when I tried on my wedding dress I brought last year and it wouldn't zip up. I'm going to get back on track by meeting my goals for water, protein, vitamins and measuring my food.
  5. Hello Vamplover, good luck on your journey.
  6. Hello, my name is Brittany. I had my surgery on April 06, 2009. I lost 100 pounds during my first year. I gained 40 pounds in a year. I'm trying to get back on track and stay healthy.
