  4. Theres no 2 laparoscopic surgery limit.
  5. I didnt have a recliner so i slept in my bed on my back with as many pllows i could find.a recliner i think would be best if u had one as long as its not hard to recline
  6. My surgeon never put in a catheter. He doesnt like to put them in.more of a risk of infection
  7. I think each place does things a little different. Before my surgery i was brought to the pre op room. Changed into a gown. Iv started. They put some teds on my legs and asked a million questions. I met with nurse,doctor,anesthesiologist. They gave me a shot in my belly to prevent blood clots. I said good bye to my family and brought to or room. They put oxygen on me then nighty night i went, woke up a few hours later. Nurses right by my side.in some pain but they were right there to help with that.

  9. We all get stalls. Ive had about 2 so far and im 7 weeks out. Just make sure your getting your water and protein. May sure your not getting constipated too
  10. I had surgery april 9th. Ive had a stall for.past 2 weeks but Im not stressing it .I know im doing what im supposed to and itll pass. Hang In there we cant lose 20 pounds every month
  11. Congrats. That is exciting. I was sleeved on 4/9 . Still have 20 pounds to go to onderland but its coming.
  12. I felt the same way for weeks after my sleeve. Im 7 weeks oyt and all that regret is gone. Just give yourself time it does get better.
  13. I had nausea up until.about 6 weeks. My dr gave me anti nausea med zofran to take home and was a life saver. It wasnt until a couple days ago that I could get my protein in and im 7 weeks out.

  15. I know of people who had hernias removed at same time and did fine. Your lucky. They found a cyst on my ovary and I had to go back in for surgery 5 weeks after sleeve. Good thing they can do youra all at once
  16. Sorry havent been there but congrats. Im sure of u work closely with your surgeon, Nut and ob everything will b good.
  17. Can they prescribe u zofran to take home for the nausea. My surgeon gave me some to take and its been a life saver.
  18. Just relax, remember all the reasons u decided to do this. You'll b fine

  21. I was sleeved on april 9th 2014 and 6 weeks later for the first time In my adult life im no longer morbidly obese. Im 5'3 on sleeve day was 267 now 221 . Still a long way to go but a huge step for me!
