    Greetings everyone! After recently being told I have chronic kidney disease stage III, I decided to get my **** together. I insisted on a sleep study where I was informed I was at 123 on the sleep apnea index. I will for forgo listing all of my other medical ailments and provide my stats... I am 45, male, 6ft0in tall, weigh 436.6 lbs with a BMI of 59.2. I was given a surgery date of 10/30/13, however I have elected to move this out to 1/7/14. I don't expect this to be easy, but I know what I have been doing isn't working. Wish me luck.
