MrsSmyth you made me laugh No please don't be sick lol,I was thinking the same with protein and multivitamins fingers crossed it works, How you going on your pre-op diet I'm not sure if I have to do one I don't get to see my dietitian till a week before my op mmmm my paper work that I got from the surgeon said liquid only the day before surgery so will have to see Thanks for starting my day with a smile!!!!
