  5. I had my surgery 11/15/13. I lost 23 pds the first 10 days. I am now on soft foods but I haven't lost anything for almost a week. I started walking yesterday. Is this normal???? Feeling discouraged. I also have PCOS and have had s heavy cycle for 2 weeks. Is this normal ; (

  7. Thanks for the advice. This is definitely an adjustment.
  8. I am 12 days PO snd I have not yet had that full feeling. I thought after a few bites I would feel that but I am not. I put my food in a 3 oz small tupperware container so I don't eat more. I am wondering if that is to much food. I have not experienced extreme hunger either. I haven't lost anything for 4 days, should I be concerned?? I sm learning this is definitely still a mind game...
