  3. Don't freak out. The surgery is not bad. The wait was the worse part for me. When I woke up, I keep waiting for them to start my surgery! Then they said I was done and already back in my room. In an hour, I got up and walked the wing of the hall where I was. It really was not bad. I am thankful every day now that I did it!!
  4. I can't imagine what you all are going through. I had Surgery on 10-22. Walked almost a mile that day. Walked a mile everyday after surgery, till my Dad was put into the hospital a month later. I went back to work on 10-28, worked all day! I forced water and protein, even when I didn't want it. I think the more protein, the faster your body will heal.I have had NO problems! I would do this whole thing again tomorrow. Wish I had done it years ago. My only problem is drinking water! I hate the way it tastes now. Sometimes if I eat to much, I get sick, but that is also improving. Hang in there. It gets better!~!

  6. I had to get my surgeon to do a peer to peer consultation with the Cigna Doctor. Took a 2 weeks to get it done, but I was approved after they talked. Good luck.
  7. I asked my doctor to do a peer to peer consultation. After my surgeon talked to the Cigna doctor mine was approved. Good luck.
