  1. I just did it with a very active 2 year old. Will not lie and say it is not easy. They do not understand why you cant be the same mommy you were a week ago and lift them up. I have a lot of support to help. Be prepared for tantrums, we have had several but they will pass. On thing that has helped was showing the incisions, has helped understanding of why mommy is not lifting.

  3. You are so positive. I am only post op day 4 and cannot stop reading about complications. I think I am going to drive myself crazy. I know that only God knows what the future holds but I cannot wait to be past 10 days when my doc said I would be out of the woods.
  4. I had my surgery 9/17/13- Revision lapband to sleeve. Weight day of surgery: 260 Today weight: 253 Up and walking as much as possible. Still having gas pains in left shoulder about to drive me crazy. Do now know why but know all I keep reading about is complications and so fearful of a leak. However I have no abdominal pain, fever, nausea or vomiting. Is anyone else experiencing the same fears?
