OMG! The shoulder pain that your suppose to get got to me yesurday. It hit me all at once. I was at a party with some family members. My mom was at work And I wanted to go home. So I kept running to the bath room Crying because I didnt want no one to see me.:help:. It was killing me I thought I was dieing. I couldnt breathe. When I did It would hurt on my left shoulder and on my left side. The shouler pain is gone today. But the side pains and still there. It hurts so bad. I left the party and it sucked. My mom thought I was only trying to get out of the party because of the food because im still on my liquid phase. Well when I got into the car. I busted out in tears.:think I was screaming while on the way home. People probally thought I was in Labor. I've never been pregnant before, But im sure labor wasnt anything as painful as what i went through yesurday. Well today is my last day of liquid phase. So tonight We're going out to eat and im gonna get something that i can eat.:eyebrows: Something mushy.:hungry:. Tomarrow I have a follow up at 8 something. Hopefully he says something good.

Well it has been some time since i have been on here. Alot has happen..I'm finally down to 202 but some days im at 210. I havent lost anything since october.Its driving me nuts! I have been eating junk food. My mind hasnt been on track for a while. But I have join this all womens gym its called contours express. I love it there. I'm going to start back on my diets and hopefully ill lose something. I have to go back to the doctors the 18th. and he wants me to lose 9lbs. Hopefully Ill lost more. I got my tongue periced and I havent been able to eat since yesurday when i got it done, So maybe it will help me not eat since its soo hard to eat solids with this bellbar in my mouth, I'm going to be drinking ALOT of slim fast till the 21 when i can eat normal food. I only have 55 more lbs to go till im 150 And im soo excited. :eyebrows:...Looking back at myself and knowing I was at my heaviest weight(256) scared me, its just making me so mad becuase i havent seen the 200 mark since i was little..And now that I just turned 18 I can go clubbing and stuff and I really want to look good, so I'm going to work 10 times harder!!

well my chest pain isnt so bad today. its mangeable. im drinking chicken broth w/ 1 egg white. but im trying not to eat so much of the egg so it dont get stuck and i dont get yelled at by my doctor. im trying to chew the egg into very tiny peices. so it doesnt get stuck. im about to get changed and walk a mile. i got this unsweeted tea from kangaroo its called gold peak ice tea they have sweeted and lemon flavor but i get the unsweeted and add splenda so there is no carbs. i think if its sweetened or lemon flavor its 36 carbs. its the best tea ever. sometimes u can find the buy one get one free things. i lost 1 lb since yesurday. go me.

Chest pain

ok so ive been having this very bad chest pain since surgery,And it goes all the way over to the left side(rib?) well it wont go away. My mom thinks its the gases coming out from my chest instead of my shoulders because I havent had any shoulder pain. And if so IT SUCKS! Id rather have it coming outta my shoulders then my chest. It feels like there is a 201273981273 ton truck sitting on my chest. Well I hate the taste of vanilla cream low carb diet slimfast. I wanted chocolate but wal mart was out of it. On my diet sheet it says im on phase 2 (full liquids) Im actually pretty hunrgy right now, So i made egg drop soup. Im kinda scared that it will get stuck. but im hunrgy. The slim fast isnt working. Well good news. I weighed myself this morning. I weigh 228. I also walked a mile. Since Im in with a group of kids with the lap band For the study with the FDA, I want to be the one whos doing the best, Because When we went to the group meeting, The doctor said i was the sickest in the group. It made me a bit depressed. My mom says she can already see the differance in my face. Well i just ate the broth from my egg drop soup I got to scared to eat the egg. And im VERY full. I cant wait till friday when i go to the doctors to see what he says. I hope he says good stuff or says im getting the best in the group. Also on friday I get to try to eat soft foods :clap2:.

Well i weighed myself today. Ive lost a total of 14lbs since I started my 2 week diet before surgery and this liquid diet after surgery. I start the diet low carb slim fast. My mom and my cousin both said that my stomach has gone down alot, and that makes me feel so good. Ive already bought clothes for when I get thin:D. I want to be about 215/210 by my 1 month mark. Ive been printing out different foods and stuff that i can eat. ive made a little binder so i can put everything in. Im still sore, but this morning i didnt need help rolling outta bed. Ive went through my clothes and im giving some away that are to big on me now. i went down pant sizes. i was about 19/20 and im now 18/17. i want to be a 13ish but my 1 month mark. But when a year comes along I want to be a 7. Id be so happy to be a 7.I know i can do it. I want to meet some teens that are my age(17) who have had it done. So i can have someone to talk to about what im going through. I cant talk to my mom about it because she doesnt know what im going through. I kinda feel bad because my mom hasnt aten much because she doesnt wanna eat infront of me. Ive told her that it wouldnt bother me.

Well i just had the lap band done 6-28-07. Im still in some pain, Well i wouldnt call it pain just burning. My lungs are still sore. My mom says its from the gases.Ive very excited that I made this FDA study for the lap band for teens 14-17. I was so scared at the surgery center the day of the surgery. But when i woke up and i had to slip water, I only had 4 slips and it felt like i eat 2 bigmacs. I start the second phase of the diet, full liquids. My mom bought me diet low carb slim fast. I cant wait till i lose this weight. I started out 245lbs before surgery, Then the diet i was on before it to make my liver smaller i lost weight and i was down to 234, And since i had the surgery i am 231. Everyone has said that my stomach has went down some. I just cant wait till i can have food again. But most of all I cant wait to be down to my goal weight 130.
