    HI All! Well I am sorry I have been MIA but it got so very busy at work that I just fell off the face of the earth! Since surgery Oct 2013 I have lost 100 pounds and feel fantastic! If I had known how great I would feel 9 mouths post surgery I would have done this much sooner! I started my journey at 260 pounds. Reached 199 by January, and now am down to 159! I go to the gym 5 days a week and have a personal trainer 1 night a week. I cannot tell you how great I feel! I am off all my blood pressure meds and last check the bp was 121/75. I have my 9 month re-check with my dr tomorrow and I cannot wait to get on that scale. Hoping to reach my goal weight by September which is 130. The pounds do not come off near as easy now. But each pound is a goal! I hope t post more and catch up on posts! Shanna
