Hi everyone, I am a labor and delivery RN and having VSG tomorrow! I have been a nurse for 5 years and actually worked on the bariatric unit! Now it's my turn! How did you do going back to work and getting your protein in? I have a hard time getting breaks some nights and I'm worried about that.....it just needs to be my priority! What tips and tricks do u have and send me some inspiration!!

I am going to saints...they don't do many surgeries at blodgett anymore and I used to work on that unit.....so although it was a great place with awesome people I kinda like the idea of going to saints so I can relax and heal and not wonder what all my old coworkers are doing ect ect......

Hi everyone! Having my sleeve done in Grand Rapids on Sept. 24th by Dr. Baker. Scared and excited at the same time, but so excited to start this journey...... Please pray for a safe surgery and recovery! Anyone else going this day???
