  3. I like an occasional vodka and diet sprite. I just discovered Cranberry Seirra Mist and it comes in diet, it is devine. I let it get about 80% flat and I have that for a treat. If I drink it fully fizzy I am miserable for hours. ~Mandy

  12. Dr. Phil is very anti-weight loss surgery, be prepared for the band to get a bashing...I think tomorrow will be a see, this is why I say it is bad, from Dr. Phil. Is he really even a doctor? ~Mandy
  13. Sometimes "newbie" surgeons also have a proctor in the room with them during surgery. I would call the other doc and ask about his training. Also try www.lapband.com for a list of surgeons that do the band in your area, you might be surprised at how many there are. ~Mandy
