  1. No, I drink a cup of coffee in the morning and iced tea occasionally.
  2. I was sleeved on the 19th. I am down 24 pounds. I have found when I find myself getting hungry all the time usually a glass of crystal light helps. I think a lot of it is thirst.

  4. I am doing well. Have some soreness in my shoulder and back. Other than that I am about 90%. Been taking kids to and from school all week and getting back to normal activities. Staples come out Friday and get to start non clear liquids tomorrow. Life is looking up. So far have lost 16 pounds in last two weeks.
  5. I also was sleeved 9/19. I am starting to feel much better. Keep moving and try to get the gas out. That seems to be the hardest part. Hang in there!!
  6. I am feeling better each day. Just walked and that seems to be helping with the gas. How about you?
  7. I am 3 days post surgery and still battling the gas.i am walking a lot and trying to keep moving. Luckily I feel better each day.
  8. I was sleeved September 19 th. still fighting gas a tiredness.
